Living on the beach:
Casa de las Palmas and Casita de las Palmitas are both new in 2009. Casa de las Palmas is a perfect sized 3 bedroom/3 bath home that sits comfortably and perfectly on the land. It is far enough back from the beach that one feels completely free and secluded from the outside world. The house was designed to allow the outside in and the inside out creating a closeness with nature. We have built in a bodega room that comes with a separate key so that you can lock up all your valuables and forget them, leaving the house open and inviting.
Casita del las Palmitas is a studio apartment further back on the land, but also on the beach side. It is clean, efficient, colorful and private. It is on the second floor of the building with the manager's apartment being downstairs. It is completely soundproof and private.
