Beautiful period stone cottage completely modernised. Set in a lovely hamlet in the Dordogne (which is surrounded by open countryside) the house has an open plan downstairs with a modern kitchen, dining area and lounge area all with tiled floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The upstairs boasts stripped wooden floors and original beams comprising of 2 double bedrooms, a bunk room and lovely bathroom with corner bath and overhead shower. Outside there is a 3 tier patio with open views of the countryside and lighting -perfect for al fresco dining. The setting is very quiet and peaceful. Ideal for families or couples.

Within easy reach of all major Dordogne attractions such as La Bugue, Sarlat, Domme, Beynac and Bergerac.
