Excellent Vacation Cabin

Me, my two brothers, and dog stayed here for a long birthday weekend, and it was perfect. Very cozy, 10 minute drive from South Lake, and in a beautiful setting. The house itself is older, but the heater and wood burning furnace kept it warm and made it feel very homey. The bathrooms are newer and the showers are hot. The back two bedrooms are down the hall with large beds (one with a connecting bathroom), and the third is just off of the living room with two twin beds. The living room is comfortable with two couches (WiFi and dish TV work great) and opens up to a beautiful view of the backyard. There is no house immediately to the left of or directly behind, so the deck area and hot tub are very private. The fenced area is plenty of space for the dog or little ones to run around and play in plain sight. The meadow (which is massive!) and river that are displayed in the posting are even better in person, and truly a short 5 minute walk away. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating, and we will definitely be back. All in all, an excellent vacation setup.
