Villa Polymnia located in municipality of Livathos is situated in a very peaceful area close to beautiful and traditional villages, 100meters away from the seafront.Has it's own private road and gated entrance with a big parking area.It's stands in it's own secluded stunning private grounds of 4000sqm with many trees, 85sqm infinity swimming pool and a big traditional barbeque.Is surrounded with big verantas enjoying panoramic views of the sea, island of Zakinthos, Dias and mount of Ainos to the rear, and the scenery view of the traditional villages of Kourkoumelata, Kaligata and Metaxata to the front. Within walking distance there are several local tavernas, two restaurants and two mini markets.The capital of Argostoli is 15min drive and the main resort of Kefallonia, Lassi is 10min drive.The villa offer luxury amenities. A large living area, spacious dining area, fully fitted kitchen,with a dining table a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing machine.

  • To book villa Polymnia a £250 per week a non-returnable deposit is required. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.unfortunately we can not take bookings by credit/debit cad, only by personal cheque or direct bank transfer. For the new quests to the villa it will be required a £250 security deposit with the final balance payment and it will be returned the day of the departure.The terms and conditions for renting are available.A welcome package will be offered on the arrival day.
