Cabin, 7 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 14-18)

Our Gorgeous log home is nestled on 6 acres in northern Michigan. This beautiful home can accommodate up to 14 people and is perfect for family gatherings, group vacations, or weddings!

Enjoy a wood burning fire in the large stone fireplace or take in the wooded scenery and relax on the balcony while spotting wildlife and listening to the beautiful birds.

A stones throw from the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lake Shore, Lake Michigan, Crystal Lake, Glen Lake, the Platt River and much more.

Definitely an experience not to be missed. Enjoy being 'Up North' in the woods at our lovely log cabin.

About The Owner

We enjoy doing things outdoors, our favorite place is to be up at Slo Shu Lodge. We are excited to share our home with you and hope that you love being there as much as we do.

We have 4 grown children and a Bernese Mountain Dog who goes everywhere with us. He loves to explore the woods and new trails.

The Owner purchased this cabin in 2005
Why The Owner chose Honor

We love this location and have traveled here to go camping for years. It just made sense to purchase our dream home 'Up North.'

Slo Shu lodge has been the destination for several family reunions for us and our oldest daughter's wedding. It's a very special place!

What makes this cabin unique

We enjoy taking hikes behind the property and canoeing down the Platt River in the Summer. We always finish our days at Platt Point Beach for the sunset.

In the winter, Crystal Mountain Ski Resort is only 30 minutes away and we just love hitting the slopes. We enjoy going up to Glen Arbor and visiting the Cherry Republic Winery for lunch or ice cream! Of course the Sleeping Bear Dunes never get old either. There's always too much to do!:)
