This delightful modern villa, designed in the traditional Alentejo style, is an ideal family holiday villa with large patio and lawned and hedged private garden. There is a large 19m x 8m swimming pool with an adjoining shallow area, as well as a tennis court, shared with seven villas on this rural site. The villa itself sleeps 7 and is attractively furnished with locally made furniture. It has a large airy living room with a dining area and adjoining kitchen. The living room is equipped with a TV and DVD player and has French doors leading out to the patio and barbecue area. There is also a single sofa bed. The kitchen is fitted with a granite work surface, and is well equipped with four ringed stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin-beds. There is one bathroom and one shower room, each with toilet and wash basin.

This delightful villa is located in a beautiful rural area on the edge of the Costa Vincentina National Park. The site includes a wooded valley with cork oaks, wild flowers and eucalyptus. The protected coastline of the Costa Vincentina National Park has superb sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive. Odemira is 3km away and has cafés, restaurants, and a range of shops including supermarkets. Also nearby is the bustling seaside resort of Vila Nova de Milfontes with excellent restaurants specialising in local fresh fish and 'black pork' dishes. The busier resorts and beaches of the Algarve are easily accessible in a day trip, or alternatively the unspoilt villages of the Monchique mountains (and Santa Clara dam) are 30 minutes inland. In this region you can experience the traditional and relaxed, Portuguese way of life.

  • 20% deposit is required to confirm booking with full payment 6 weeks prior to arrival.
    We accept payment in Euros or GB Pounds - details on request.
    We require a deposit of €200 to be paid at the lime of booking. This will be returned to you by post after the holiday, and inspection of the villa. Please inform the site staff of any breakages.
  • Check in time is from 5pm. Renters arriving earlier than this are welcome to use the pool and outdoor seating whilst the Villa is being prepared for your stay.
    Check out time is 10.30am.
  • Outside the High Season there may be flexibility with changeover days.
