4-room-villa 160 m2, comfortably and nicely arranged: living/dining with fireplace, TV, radio and DVD, termination to the terrace, to the swimming pool (One levels higher lain and contactable by means of splendid stones staircase). 3 chambers with 2-pers bed (lits-jumeaux), open kitchen (4-pits electrical stove, microwave, dishwasher, Frigidaire. Bathroom with shower, 2 wash-hand basins and toilet. Veranda to the house around and a large terrace. with use of terrace furniture, barbecue, easy chairs. For the arrangement: laundry machine. The swimming pool measures 12X5 meters. At the swimming pool is a summer kitchen with dining, furnace, 4 pits (gas)stove and Frigidaire. With toilet and (cold) shower.

Caves belonging to the most beautiful in France, the Pont du Gard, old coal mines open for viewing, adventure parcs, castles, lovely regional markets, the splendid Ardèche, but also canoeing etc.). Avignon, Orange, Montpellier and Nîmes are beautiful city trips
