Large 35ft south facing pool with spa Large liani very private and secluded.

This villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 nice size bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite with walk in shower, bath, twin sink dresser, and toilet. The second bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe, en-suite with shower bath and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed built-in wardrobe with a bathroom opposite with shower, bath sink and toilet.The forth bedroom has twin beds with built-in wardrobe and shares the bathroom opposite with the third bedroom.

There is a large family room with very comfortable 3 seater and two seater settees. There is a large TV, stereo unit, play station 2 with games and a book library.

This villa has a well equiped modern kitchen with everything you are likely to need for your catering. There is a dining room with a table that seats eight.

The pool area has a large pool ( villa pools in Florida are normally very small) 35foot long with spa, both can be heated if required. Pool side furniture is available.

Now free Tennis courts on site.

About Les or Deb Hughes

We live in Romford, Essex, married for 26 years with two now grown up boys. I am a retired fire-fighter and now run a small building company with my youngest son Bradley. My wife Deb runs a local lettings agency, she once owned.

We bought this villa in 2006.

We take great pride in our home in Florida, we spend as much time as we can at the house and treat it as our second home. We decorate and furnish as if it was our full time home, to our taste and quality, we hope you will enjoy it as much as us, and trust you appriciate, and respect this.

It ticked all the boxes, a large well laid out villa on a large plot on a fantastic community, Crescent Lakes. With a near zero crime rate we know our house will be safe from any crime.

The pool has sun all day, you can see the sunrise and sunset.

Only 20 mins from all the attractions.

The main advantages are the bigger than usual pool with spa.

The very private pool area, and right next to the beautiful lake, full of amazing wildlife.

A bonus is the lake is full of fish and I love fishing.

Excellent Holiday

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and would definately stay again and would recommend to anyone who wishes to have a wonderful villa to stay in. The villa is comfortable and supplies all of the amenities that you require for a happy holiday, the pool is quite a large pool and the outlook from the pool area is excellent, so peaceful and the wildlife there is varied, from ducks to gators and eagles.
The location of the villa is great for all of the theme parks and for somewhere to have lazy days when your feet are worn out. I would recommend that you try Perkins, Black Angus and definately Joe's Crab Shack if you like seafood, even if you don't they cater for everyone
The people who own the villa are very helpful and the property is managed well, this is definately a place to stay

Les thanks again for the use of your Florida home. We thought last year would be hard to top but the improvements you have made this year was an extra bonus. Again you as an owner you were very easy to deal with. Your home offers the privacy from neighbours with exceptioal lake views that we look for in a vaction home. My wife and myself will definately want to rent this property again in the future.

lovely spacious villa, beautiful lake view from a large pool area. have stayed in several villas before but this has to be the largest pool we have had. very well equipped and very clean and tidy.from first enquiry to leaving at end of holiday everything was handled very well .peaceful community and relaxing area to stay in, but near enough to shops and attractions. wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone and hopefully will be returning ourselves.perfect holiday villa.

We have just come back from spending 2 weeks at this villa. We all had a great holiday and this villa was perfect for us. It was only 20 mins from the 192 and magic kingdom. The kids loved the large pool, while we really enjoyed the view of the lake, we did go fishing on the lake and had some great fun catching bass with our walmart fishing rods. The villa was well equipped clean and comfortable. If we had the chance to go back we would use this villa if possible, and would reccomend it to anyone

From the inital booking enquirey the communication and information provided by the owner was accurate and easy to get via e-mail or post all enquierys were answered quickly ,
The villa itself was in a quiet area with lovely views over the lake the neighbours were very friendly the pool was a very good size for familys the reassurance of a pool alarm fitted .
The property was clean and in good repair and very well equipped a real home from home including hairdryers towels and the all important WII FII,which was easy to access . a map of the area was in the villa and a number of information leaflets were avaliable .
there were two familys on our stay so the third bathroom was very usefull i would not hesitate in recommending this property a good size villa at a very good price ideal for familys.
