Located on River Strand, situated on an exclusive gated community within Heritage Harbour (near Bradenton, Sarasota and the Gulf Coast) this property overlooks a nature reserve from the lanai. It has floor space in excess of 2,400 square feet and offers two separate living rooms and a games room. Cable with 42” plasma TV, DVD, iPod dock are all standard in this property which is a short drive from a choice of several of the most beautiful beaches in South West Florida. The large pool area compliments by extended decking area for sunbathing and entertaining. River Strand has community facilities offering a pool, tennis, soccer and basketball courts and a children's play area together with a fully stocked fishing lake.

Located just 90 minutes from Orlando and the Disney and Universal Studios theme parks and just over half an hour from Busch Gardens our villa is the perfect base for a family holiday. If shopping is your idea of a holiday, this area has numerous shops and malls in Bradenton and Sarasota plus one of the largest outlet malls in Florida only 15 minutes drive away at Ellenton (Prime Outlets). There is also the exquisite St Armands Circle just outside Sarasota for those with the taste for expensive boutiques and restaurants.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Special rates can be negotiated for longer rentals. Price includes all local taxes, electricity, telephone calls within US and Canada, broadband internet access and cleaning after departure. Pool heating is available at $150 per week. A deposit of £200/$300 per week is required to confirm booking.

    A security deposit will be required via the local Management company

    For longer term rentals, we can arrange transfer of membership of the River Strand Golf Club (27 excellent holes) for 2 adults/2 children (under 21) for a one off fee of $250 payable to River Strand direct. Membership then entitles you to unlimited free golf except for a cart fee of $20 pp/round.
  • BBQ's, high chairs, cots, play stations can all be made available through the local Management Company (payment direct). Please ask at the time of booking.
  • It is possible to transfer golf membership at River Strand for 4 players (2 adults and 2 children) The fee for this is $250 and allows an unlimited number of rounds of golf, except for the cart fee of $20 pp/round. This also allows access to the fitness centre, tennis courts & large swimming pool. The transfer fee is paid locally to the Management company who will arrange the membership transfer on your behalf.

Notes: All linen, bath & beach towels provided. There is an assortment of pool toys, a cool box and there are several beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Baby cots, high chairs, BBQ’s and play stations can be hired from the local management company (payable locally – please order at time of booking). At the centre of the community there is a play area, volleyball net, basketball hoops and community pool - an ideal place for children and adults to make new friends. The swimming pool area comes supplied with a fitted child screen in accordance with current legislation. The pool is equipped with a filtration system and electric pool heater (subject to a charge of $150 per week should it be required).
