Lake & Sea is a two story townhouse in the heart of Carillon Beach. With three spacious bedrooms, this fully furnished house sleeps six to eight people comfortably, but more if needed! Three full lavish bathrooms with travertine tile adorn the house, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The living room is home to a large flat screen TV, with in-ceiling speakers throughout the house. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine out on one of Lake & Sea’s four balcony areas, three of which are secluded and one of which is a sun deck that overlooks the 13 acres of Lake Carillon. We are a less than five minute stroll from the Gulf, where there are two beach chairs and an umbrella reserved daily just for Lake & Sea’s guests!

The Mangus & Ritchey families came together when Scott Mangus and Jessica Ritchey got married in 2008! Our family decided to make themselves a home away from home in the Carillon area in 2012. We are very excited to watch our families grow and enjoy Lake & Sea for many years to come! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!

We recently stayed at the Lake and Sea rental property and had a great experience. We had 6 adults and 3 children and had plenty of space. The house is in tremendous condition and decorated very nice. The convenience of having the beach, pools, grocery stores, restaurants and much more is a big plus. I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to visiting again soon.

Great getaway location!!

Recently spent 5 fun day at Lake & Sea with 4 of my longtime girlfriends. I had never been to this part of Florida, and found it absolutely charming. The condo is a short distance from the airport, located on the lake at Carillon beach. The condo was tastefully decorated, with a very well stocked kitchen. Three large decks with views of the beach and lake. Short walk to the beach, and just an all around quaint area for those morning walks. We did some fine dining at some of the local dining spots, but also enjoyed just hanging out at the condo, enjoying the view from the deck, sipping our wine, cooking together and some long overdue "girl talk". A great time was had by all!! Thanks Lake & Sea for sharing your lovely place with us!!

The place was great. Multiple decks with great views. Slept 8 people comfortably. Property was in pristine condition and very clean upon arrival. I would recommend this place for any group of people wanting to go to a wonderful Florida destination.

This place is absolutely beautiful with amazing views!! The close proximity to many different local restaurants, bars and especially golf courses made it easy and convienient to get out and experience everything Panama City has to offer.
