If you are looking for a place near Presque Isle State Park, this is the unit for you. Newly renovated in April, 2012, this first-floor two bedroom, two bath unit has all the amenities of home. The condo building is behind the Tom Ridge Environmental Center (TREC) and about 1/2 mile from the entrance to Presque Isle State Park.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with a master bathroom and large closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds with another full bathroom across the hall.

The living room has a flat screen TV with digital cable and wireless internet. There is a patio off the living room that faces the woods.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and utensils you will need to prepare food inside or on the patio grill. There are also many restaurants around if you choose to eat our.

In the closets you will find beach towels, sand toys for the kids, and noodles and toys for the pool. You can enjoy an afternoon at the beach or at the pool!

You can rent bicycles at a store just outside the condo entrance and on Presque Isle State Park. You can also rent canoes, kayaks, and windsurfing equipment at Presque Isle State Park.

We live 10 minutes from this unit so we are nearby for any assistance you may need.

This is a non smoking unit and no pets are allowed.

About The Owner

We are born and raised in Erie and we especially love our city in the summer. Presque Isle State Park and Waldameer are regular stops for us. We use this unit in the summer as our second home where we can escape and bicycle, run, or rollerblade at Presque Isle.

Summer Fun in Erie

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The condo was immaculate. The complex is very safe, quiet, and provides weary access to all the sights in Erie. The owners also provide a binder giving the renter valuable information about the property as well as current events going on around the city. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. We would love to rent this property again in the future. Must do's in Erie: Waldameer, Libery Park, Presque Isle, Erie Zoo, Brewerie, Tap House, and Plymouth Tavern.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
