This is an attractive pink/white duplex in a small and well maintained complex with tennis court, play area,swimming pools, and landscaped gardens. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a fully tiled bathroom with bath & shower, plus a large sun terrace. Downstairs is the lounge/diner with sofa bed, and a separate kitchen and utility room. There is also a shower room with toilet. Fully air-conditioned and there is heating for the cooler months. In front of the house is a terrace for 'Al Fresco' dining with a view towards the swimming pool. There is a pretty garden with roses, bougainvillea & scented jasmine, and a paved area, ideal for a BBQ. Adjacent to the complex is a Nature Reserve through which it is possible to walk down to the sea. Carabasi Beach has miles of clean, soft sand and there are sand dunes and pine trees backing onto it. A few streets away from the house is a road called 'The Strip' which has a selection of bars and restaurants and a mini-mark.

Benidorm approximately 45 minutes away. Santa Pola, a lovely Spanish fishing village, less than 10 minutes by car. Theme parks in Benidorm and alsoTorreviaja 30 minutes by car.

Notes: The sun loungers consist of 2 loungers and 2 deckchairs which can be taken to the swimming pool. The TV is fitted with a Sky box, but recently there have been some problems with the satellite receiver. There is a selection of DVD for your entertainment. There is a childrens playground. The swimming pools consist of 2 adults and one for infants. Cars may be parked in the street, but there is also an allocated private parking place. You may find occasionally we loose some or all TV channels. This is normally the result of a thunder storm and we will try our best to correct any faults but can’t guarantee. Please be aware at certain times of the year as with all swimming pools in Spain essential maintenance may be required.

Everything at hand: Gran Alacant is a purpose built residential area which is ideal for holidaying as everything is at hand, including banks, shops, medical centres etc. The area is ideal for many water sports, there are plenty of golf courses in the surrounding areas and lots of nature parks for walking.

Finding this home was a blessing. The help i received from the outset was brilliant and such a pleasure to deal with.
The information they offer you from car hire to local attractions is at hand.
The property description was very accurate, the property was very clean and nicely furnished which made for a comfortable time while we endured the 2 days rain, the facilities of the house were excellent providing us with all the home comforts freeview tv, dvd, board games,
The bedrooms and bedding were all in place and very comfortable. The house itself had been well maintaned. Also a very handy welcome folder awaits you with some information on the property and the urbanization of Gran Alacant with the location of shops markets and restaurants and bars all laid out in separate sleeves.
Having the access of a tennis court and 2 swimming pools 1 for the children and an adults pool was brilliant after a long hard day swimming eating and relaxing on the beach, It was nice to come back home and relax round the pool and do it all again watching the kids splash and play.
Eating out was a Pleasure to as the street of bars and restaurants was only 5 mins walk straight down the road with a good choice of english owned and run if you choose.
Most of the bars have nightly entertainment to while away the Hours and a sports bar for the football made person in your life.
There is also a land train running now around the whole Urbanization it will take you to the Centro Commercial where you will find another selection of bars restaurants shops and a super market. there is also an Aldi and a Lidl if you prefer. This area make a lovely night out with the family.
The beach is a comfortable walk away ad is very very nice. It has a bar/cafe on there and lots of beds and shade available at 3 euros for the whole day.

This was our second time to Gran Alacant and was as enjoyable as the first its a lovely quiet area for the family in close proximity to lots of things to find and do.
I would highly recommend this property and deffinetly the area for a good holiday.

Wer in den Herbsferien noch einmal im Meer baden will, der ist hier genau richtig. Das Wasser war noch 23 Grad warm. Unsere Unerkunft war zentral gelegen und nur wenige Minuen mit dem Auto gab es Strand, Meer und sogar einen Startplatz zum Gleitschirmfliegen.
Aldi, LIDL und ein Supermarkt waren nur 3 km v0n unserem Appartement entfernt. Unsere Vermieterin Joan war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar die Schlüssel vom Appartement nach Hause geschickt. Wir kamen so spät am Flughafen an und konnten dann ohne Problem unser Quartier beziehen. Im Appartement gibt es alles, was man für eine Woche Urlaub braucht.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
