This lovely Period home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac yet is only 5 minutes walk to the Beach and Town Centre. There is a park opposite and Butlins Holiday centre is also only a 5 minute walk. It is ideally located for access to many attractions, such as Horse racing at Goodwood (Glorious Goodwood) and Fontwell park. Motor racing at Goodwood, including the Festival of Speed and the Revival meeting, polo at Cowdray park, Sailing at Chichester Harbour, a Battle of Britain museum at Tangmere and walking on the Beautiful Sussex Downs. Parking is available so walking to the beach is easy. A great place for a romantic break, as even though there is access to all of these attractions, the property is in a really quiet location, It is equipped with a large screen TV if you would prefer a quiet night in. There is also two and a half bathrooms including a master en-suite, so no arguments about who uses the bathroom in the mornings.

A convenient and very special place

My family and I spend one week in this very special and comfortable premise. The owners helped when required and had always time for a little talk. The rooms are very convenient and nice decorated and the technical equipment lacks nothing. In case of forgotten travel readings the little library covers very interesting subjects. Not at least is Bognor a good starting point to make excursions to Brighton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight or to one of the lovely gardens. The house is most appropriate for families with school children or to come with friends

The property was extremely comfortable for my family of 4, plus our Chocolate Lab, (Galaxy). We found the description provided in the literature to be an accurate account. The owners were very welcoming and supportive and contactable if required.
The immediate surrounding area is a great place to enjoy a break ie: plenty of different beaches and countryside to explore. Bognor is well situated on the South Coast and is close to other areas to visit such as Brighton, Portsmouth, Chichester and Arundel. We would recommend this property to friends and family.
