This holiday cottage is ideally situated for sailing, walking, birdwatching and seal spotting. With great self-catering accommodation this coastal holiday cottage is just a 10 minute drive to the historic market town of Holt with its renowned shops and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Wells-next-the-Sea with its superb beach and quaint fishing quay. Ideal for two people but can sleep up to four. Great self-catering holiday accommodation - 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower & bath. Large sitting room with double sofabed and dining area for up to four people. Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher & microwave. Satellite TV & DVD. Log fire. Secure & private courtyard perfect for al fresco dining. Pets welcome. Costs include all linen/towels, cleaning and welcome pack. Ideal holiday escape close to village pub.

Just 1.5 miles to the coast at Moreston & Blakeney with great sailing facilities, daily seal trips and historic Peddars Way coastal path. Within a 10 minute drive to the Georgian market town of Holt with its excellent shops & restaurants. Just 10 minutes from the beach at Wells-next-the-Sea and amazing 11 mile long stretch of golden sandy beach. Only 20 minutes to Brancaster with its beach-side golf course. Just 15 minutes from Holkham Hall, one of England's finest country estates. Just 30 minutes from the Queen's estate at Sandringham and from the National Trust's Blicking Hall. The National Trust saltmarshes at Cley and Stiffkey are a bird watcher's/twitcher's paradise and are a stone's throw away. They are packed with a wide variety of sea birds. Mackrel fishing off the coast at Cley beach is a local favourite. Lovely quiet country walks from the door.
