What a great home! My family of five stayed just recently in June of 2009. If you have been lucky enough to come across this home, BOOK IT NOW! Neil is great and the Management Company at the location is great. My children actually wanted to stay at the house and enjoy the pool and clubhouse instead of going to Disney. There is nothing this owner has not thought of as far as making us feel at home with all the amenities (and then some). From the TV and DVD in every room, to the bathroom in every room, the great decor, one of the most comfortable beds my wife and I have slept in, the spaciousness, I could go on and on. Oh yeah, the gameroom! The pool area was great! A fantastic grill, a bathroom right outside, (so the kids did not have to worry about being wet from the pool), great furniture. This is genuinely a 5 star home! I highly recommend this home! If Neil will have us, we plan to never stay anywhere else again when in the Orlando area. Speaking of which, we did go to Disney daily while there. The drive is very convenient. It was close enough to Disney to actually go back and forth in the same day. It was also very close to a shopping area to get groceries and such. We saved a ton of money on food by cooking and grilling at the house. Everything you could need was there for us except the food. The house was spotless. You will not be dissappointed and in fact you will be very impressed! BOOK IT NOW!!!!!!!! Thanks Neil and Family for sharing your gorgeous home with us!

Me and my family recently stayed at Silver Palms and we were just blown away by this house. It was absolutely stunning. This house has everything you would possibly need. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. My kids loved the pool, PS3, game room, and free use of the computer. They didn't even want to stay at the parks after seeing all the great things the house had to offer. I really felt like this was home away from home. I come to Florida every year and always stay in one of the condos in the area, but after staying here their is no way I could go back to the condo. I look forward to staying here again and again.

A happy Christmas and magical New Year

We stayed at Silver Palms for Christmas 2008 and to see in the New Year of 2009 and we can honestly say this is the best house we have ever rented, and are already planning to return.
We had freak hot weather, so made full use of the pool and spa, especially in the evening, while the kids enjoyed the games room if they weren't in front of the huge plasma TV.
The community is gated and very quiet, which made for the perfect retreat when we weren't visiting the area attractions.
We must mention the beds, they are the most comfortable we have slept in and wanted to take them home with us.
