We loved this villa, peaceful, very secluded, with stunning views
over the sea and the unspoilt countryside. The place was ideal for our
children and they enjoyed it so much, it was very safe for them to play
in the garden and in the back lawn. We spent most days at the beach in
Villafranca, so convenient, only 5 minutes drive. The beach is sandy,
water is very warm, we were swimming until 8.30pm and the sun was still
there! The shops and supermarkets in Villafranca are very convenient
and we use to buy the food there and cook it at home. Have a try at the
recommended local shops, meat and fish are excellent and we had a
couple of great barbecues. On the last day, we visited Taormina, such a
gem, with its medieval streets, beautiful shops and bars.
