XVthC restored château in the Loire-Anjou-Touraine national park suitable for reunions, weddings, mini-conferences and holidays. All buildings on the property are fully restored to their original glory and have modern bathrooms and central heating throughout. The entire property is available all year round, there are 11 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and four guest WC's, sleeping up to 24. The pool (23'x49') is adjacent to the south facing orangery. The common rooms in the Château include a salon, library/card room, TV room, study, hall, dining and breakfast rooms with kitchen. The 3 bedroom coach house has a kitchen/dining area with a fully furnished conservatory. The fully restored Chapel is suitable for a wedding ceremony. Smoking is not allowed in the chateau or Chapel. And only children who can swim independently are allowed in the pool.

  • For full prices and seasons please see the website.

    -Security deposit: €3000 for the chateau and €3400 for the chateau and coach house. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
    - Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
    - Energy costs: The chateau and coach house energy costs is included in the rental price (apart from Christmas and New Year when a fee applies). Heating of the pool isn't included and is charged per usage.
    - End of stay cleaning: Based upon our experience these last few years, it is necessary that renters have a minimum of 4 hrs cleaning three days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 9AM to 1PM. The maid has to be paid cash at 12.50 Euros per hour. If renters wish they can have longer maid service and even 2 maids each day.
  • Catering: Two local catering companies are available (prices from 20 euros per person and upwards).

    Services: Babysitting and maid service are both available for 12 euros per hour.
  • - Smoking: No smoking in the property.
    - Children hoping to swim must experienced swimmers.

    Anything you request can be catered for within reason!

Notes: The Chapel: This building which has been fully restored, is located on the site of a XIth century chapel that was dedicated to St.Mark. This Chapel, an impeccably renovated little jewel of Gothic architecture with a vaulted wood ceiling and tofu stone walls, all skillfully illuminated by concealed lights installed at the top of the walls, is situated some 40 metres from the Chateau. About 50/70 people can be seated on rows of wooden pews and chairs facing the altar. On the other hand the chapel has a solemn character, a place where one may retreat for a moment of quiet reflection, the accoustics are truly remarkable for this sized building, it is possible to imagine you are in a huge lofty cathedral. With marvelous accoustics, it is suitable for a concert or a private wedding. Gardens: lake with 25 ft. fountain that provides a focal point amongst the weeping willows. Sweeping lawns, fruit orchards, stands of chestnut, poplar, linden and pine trees, flower gardens, rose garden.
