Naples airport is an hour and half drive to Casa Palma. Transfer from and to airport with car hire can be arranged. This enables you to relax when arriving at the airport with transfer awaiting you without the hassel of finding car hire and driving in the Naples traffic. On Arriving here the hired car will be delivered directly .Regular buses run from the airport to Naples train station where trains run every hour to Agropoli station from here I can arrange a taxi pick up . Casa palma is situated in 7000, sq meters of land and is 200 mts from the beach of Pozzillo . It is 5 minutes walk to local restuarant , mini market and bar. 7 minutes into center of San Marco another 2 to fishing and holiday boat port . The village of San Marco di Castellabate is found on the beautiful unspoilt Cilento coastline, which lies in the National parkland reserve, and stretches along the coast and inland to the hills of Vallo di Diano, offering a wonderful combination of wide sandy bays, rocky coves and green hillsides. The village of San Marco has a picturesque fishing port where you will find moored a selection of fishing, leisure boats and yachts. Here you can find a number of restaurants, bars and shops. The neighbouring village of Santa Maria, slightly larger than San Marco, boasts a greater selection of shops, restaurants, gelaterie and bars. Castellabate the medieval village situated on the hill now under patronage of the UNESCO offers stunning views out to Capri
There are a number of sites of interest; the area is steeped in history, both Greek and Roman such as Paestuim and Velia. Excursions: Pompei, Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Sorrento and the Islands of Capri. In the opposite direction the untouched Cilento coast down to Palinuro the village of the mermaids myths.
