Palma de Mallorca Vacation Rental villa

One of the lovliest attributes of this property was being able to wake up in the morning and to experience the light streaming in through the gorgeous floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. The doors open from every room to a beautiful terrace with stunning views of Palma. The owners were very easy going, helpful and friendly. Even though we shared an enterance with them, it was very private and we never even ran into eachother. The property is located on a lovely quiet street near a very picturesque staircase. It is also conveniently located, in walking proximity, to a large grocery store, to the Castel Belver (amazing) and the Paseo Marítimo with many bars and restuarants. There are also some smaller neighborhood restaurants and bars in the surrounding blocks. It is possible to walk to the Old Historic Center if you are feeling energetic (about 25 minutes), but it is inexpensive to take a cab and they are easy to catch at all times of day and night. For the most part, everything was very clean. Noise from the upsatirs apartment does carry, but as we were not around during the day and were exhausted in the evening, this did not bother us much. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and were very pleased with the villa.
