Elaine Dionne purchased this condo in 2010
This is our Montreal home location. Totally set up to your and our needs during your and our stay. Happy to share with you.
The perfect location with the charm and character of Old Montreal. Perfectly equipped to your need. Tastefully decorated.
My husband and I decided to head north for a winter vacation. This apartment had everything we needed for our romantic winter get away. Beautifully decorated with amazing art, wood beams and stone walls. Wood burning fireplace, well equipped kitchen, espresso machine and the most amazing bath tub! Better than the photos.
The apartment is within walking distance to everything within Old Montreal. Notre Dame Cathedral, restaurants, bars, groceries and shops. No need for a car, it remained in the underground parking garage for the majority of our stay.
Elaine was very accommodating and quick to email us with answers to our questions. We were met promptly on our arrival and given a very thorough tour of the apartment.
We will definitely stay here again.
Our family of four (including two twenty-somethings) stayed for a week in this lavish historical setting that has been elegantly upgraded with all the 21st century bells and whistles. One step out the front door and you are literally a few steps from the famous Notre Dame cathedral, restos, coffee bars, butchers, a late night depanneur and a liquor store. While the secure underground parking is a plus, you will not need your car to get around. A subway stop and a large grocery store are a 10-15 minute walk away. The kitchen has everything you need, the en-suite laundry facilities were a bonus and the Internet was both fast and reliable. Five stars- will stay there again if in town for a few days.
Our stay couldn't have been more perfect or memorable. The condo is in the absolute best spot amidst art galleries on Rue St Paul and within a short walk to so many wonderful restaurants and shops and the fabulous Spa Scandinaive. The bathroom at the condo itself is a spa, though, with a jetted tub as big a my bathroom at home, lol. Heated tiles? Purrrr. The kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal and we totally took advantage of it. There are tons of closets and outlets in the master bedroom, outlets are always a problem when everyone has a zillion personal gadgets, and I usually need power strips, but not here. The architecture and decor is gorgeous. I could have stayed forever.
Beautiful condo in the heart of Old Montreal. Clean, well maintained and in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. Seeing how difficult it is to park in Old Montreal, having an indoor secure parking facility was an important amenity. Once there, you don't need your car. I would highly recommend the restaurant Garde Manger (a 3 min walk). We look forward to a return trip!!!!
This condo was perfect for a trip to Montreal with a couple of my friends. Right on time, Pablo met us at the door and showed us around. The condo is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large windows, spaciousness, espresso maker, and jacuzzi. The bedrooms are quiet and beds are comfortable. The Metro is nearby. The restaurants and shops in Old Montreal are delightful. We had some difficulty figuring out the remote controls for the TV. Pablo came over to explain. We also had a trouble with the keys to the front door, and worked out a solution with Pablo.
From Vancouver, Canada, we booked this two-bedroom apartment for Thanksgiving Weekend to spend the time with our two young adult daughters and cook up a traditional Thanksgiving feast. The accommodations were truly wonderful; the apartment is very spacious, quiet, comfortable and fully equipped, including all the kitchen accoutrements needed to support a big feast! The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated, helping support our five star rating. The location is exceptional, in the heart of Old Montreal, a few minutes' walk from many restaurants, art galleries, Notre Dame cathedral, and grocery and liquor stores. It is a short drive to McGill, Concordia and UQAM, and reasonably handy to Université de Montréal as well. (We had a car.) Also to the downtown business district. railway station and Sherbrooke St. shopping. These are not within convenient walking distance, although all of Old Montreal certainly is. The owners' agent made the access to the apartment and the parking very straightforward. Obviously, we were delighted with our experience.
