Historic 150 year old building. Very secured. 1250 sf, 2 bedrooms located in the heart of Montreal historic city center (Vieux Montreal). Just around the corner from the 'Vieux Port' Old Port, and one block away from Notre Dame Basilica. On one of the most desirable and elegant streets of Old Montreal. Surrounded by Art Galleries and Fine dinning restaurants. Recently tastefully renovated with attention to detailing with exposed wooden beams, brick and stone walls, 14' ceiling, stained glass interior windows, hard wood floors. Spacious one Spa bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate spacious shower. Heated floor. Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, wine cooler. Fully equiped with utinsels and cooking tools. Elegant dinning ware. Cappuccino machine recently added to our kitchen!

2 HD flat screen TV in living room and master bedroom.

Top of the line mattresses: 1 Queen and 2 X long twin beds. All linens incl. Recently re-modeled (not showing yet on the pictures)

In suite washer and dryer.

HS internet, phone line, cable incl.

Underground parking incl. Rare in Old Montreal with great saving on parking costs and availibility.

Cleaning service available.

Weekly, monthly or short term rental only:

$4,200 / month or $1,600 / week high season May-Sept.

$3,750 / month or $1,300 / week low season Oct-Apr. No daily rates during high season.

Minimum 3 nights stay accepted only during low season at $275.00/night.

No taxes and No cleaning fees.

2013 New Year trip to Montreal

Perfect place to visit Montreal summer or winter - easy access to down town area, Hwy 20 (in/out the city)
We leaved in Montreal years ago and we felt like home - everything is comfortable and the indoor parking a great convenience.
The owners are great and the local service polite and efficient.

Our family spent a nice Christmas in this fabulous condo in the centre of old Montreal. The best accommodation we have had abroad. The condo is also very well equipped.Good location to walk downtown and near the water. It was also very easy to arrange everything with the owners from Europe.
Highly recommend to everyone who looks for high quality apartment for holiday.

The condo was fantastic – we highly recommend it! We were there for a week, no need for a car, we could walk to everything. Great responsive hosts, clean and comfortable condo. Great location. Book it - you will enjoy it.

Fantastic Apartment in Vieux Port!

My husband, son, and I stayed in this property this past October. It is in a great location - just one block off the water in the old city of Montreal - incredibly close to great restaurants, bars, and galleries. The walls are solid - so there is no sound from the street below. The beds were extremely comfortable and there are blackout shades in both of the bedrooms - great if you want to sleep in. We will definitely choose to stay in this property again!

The condo was absolutely fabulous! Clean and well cared for in the perfect Old Montreal location, the condo was beyond our expectations! Fabulous restaurants were within a few minutes walk. We definitely want to stay here again on our next Montreal adventure.
