Magnificent Historic Château, 8 Bedrooms, Suitable for Family Groups or Friends.

The château opens into a magnificent marble hall, which leads into the drawing rooms on the first floor, and then up to the bedrooms on the second floor. There is satellite television and internet connection throughout the château.

The warm Gulf stream has been exploited to create gardens of rare palms, pine trees and ginkoes. There is also a kitchen garden, well-tended from days of yore to provide delicious produce for the château table. There is also a fantastic outdoor pool and tennis courts.

The château is located on the Contentin peninsula, in peaceful countryside a few minutes from the small historic town Valognes with all necessary shops. You are only twenty minutes from the Normandy landing beaches, and museums and galleries, as well as the Bayeux Museum. There are also good beaches for bathing only fifteen minutes away, as well as exceptional nature reserves, parks and historic towns nearby.

The surrounding countryside is a real delight to discover on foot or bike, through the winding trails, or further afield by car.
