This wonderfully situated apartment is located in one of DC's most vibrant neighborhoods with a rich cultural history. To quote the New York Times (2006), 'The Corridor is Cool Again.' Walk to Whole Foods,Trader Joe's, the Saturday Farmer's Market, and two metro stops. With both antique and contemporary furnishings and decor shops, art galleries, fabulous and unique eateries, coffee spots, and clothing boutiques within two blocks, your 'free' hours will be happily filled. The Mall is either a long walk or a metro ride away and cabs are readily available. The area is alive into the night and affords the visitor a feeling of comfort when walking about at late hours.
The apartment is the lower level of a restored home on the historic register and was completely renovated and professionally designed in 2010. The owners live on the upper two levels.
