House, 2 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

The perfect central location. Situated in the geographic center of SF, this house has: commanding views of downtown and the Bay, easy access to public transit, sunshine, privacy, solar electricity, cable TV, comfy beds, a green garden, hardwood floors, and endless restaurants, bars and shops along 24th Street in world-famous Noe Valley.

We have lived in this neighborhood for 18 years. It is safe, friendly, attractive, and endlessly charming.

My wife and I lived in New Zealand for two-plus years, as did one of our dogs.

We have traveled some, and have paid income taxes in three different counties - so far.

Both of our dogs are rescued mutts.
