Welcome to our vacation home! We are so excited for you to come join us in beautiful Penticton, BC.

Your vacation house is nestled away in one of the best neighbourhoods in Penticton. It is located only 2 blocks from the main public sandy beach on Skaha Lake. You can actually hear people in the lake from our house. Walk your kids to the outdoor water park and playground. There is tennis, basketball, volleyball, and hockey courts steps away. The boat marina and launch are located close by next to the main beach.

This is a fully furnished home with 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The house has a very open floor plan and sits on over a 1/4 acre of flat land (all grass). The back and sides of the backyard are fully fenced.

Your vacation home is tastefully decorated to have a beach house feel. And will be very clean upon your arrival. The furnishings are all brand new! And it is a non- smoking house.

The dining area has french doors that walk right out onto the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dinnerware and cooking supplies. It has brand new stainless steel appliances: stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Also a toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.

In the rooms there is brand new furniture and bedding. 2 queen beds, a double, and sofa bed. Each room has a side table, dresser and closets.

The bathroom has a tub/ shower combination, toilet, vanity and will be stocked with bath towels (not beach towels).

Other amenities include a flat screen TV with cable, WIFI internet, outdoor patio set and BBQ, air conditioning and fans for those hot summer days.

A playpen, exersaucer, umbrella stroller, high chair, an iron, ironing board and on site laundry machines.

The house has ample parking for your vehicles and boat.

This home has been specifically designed for sharing families wanting to create lasting memories in the minds of their children.

We have been coming to Penticton for 32 years. It is our favorite destination. We had always dreamed of having a place in this exact location. Now that we do we would like to share it with others.

What makes this house unique

We just love how close our house is located to the beach. One of our favorite things to do is to walk, rollerblade, or ride our bikes along the main beach.

This house is ideally located near the beach and also a short drive to surrounding wineries. Great clean house at a great rate! I would definitely recommend this house for families or guests looking to stay in the area. Lots of parking. and definitely beats staying at a hotel or motel!

This place was perfect for our stay! We came with two other families who all loved it equally the same. The property was clean and very well stocked with everything you need. The big backyard was perfect for the kids to run around while we bbq'd. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us! We hope to come again!

The house was perfect for our group! We loved staying right in Penticton. The house was roomy, with a lot of space for all of us. Upon arrival, house was clean and the photos were all accurate. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again for the Fall Wine Festival!

Before I rant and rave I will hit the basics for those wanting a quick review:
the description and pictures very accurately describe this vacation property - location was awesome, home was beautiful and immaculate, amenities were abundant and everything you could hope for. The property was clean and inviting, the back yard private and kept up. The owner was very reachable and never tired of my emails. I would definately recommend this property!

My husband and 2 kids (aged 4 months and 21 months) recently ventured out to BC. This property made travel for us possible without feeling like we were uprooting the kids routine too much cause it is really a home-away-from-home. Upon entering the property we were blown away by not only how gorgeous this home is, but how welcoming it is too! Our kids were instantly at ease and settled in, we felt pampered and relaxed. I could not say enough about this place!

The renovations done on this home are gorgeous, the colors, the decorations, the lighting all tied in together so beautifully and made you feel surrounded by luxury. the linens, bedding and supply of towels was perfect and in pristine condition... not to mention the use of 2 handmade quilts that really brought in the lakeside feel to snuggling on the couches.

The neighborhood was quiet and felt secure. even the neighbor next door popped out to tell us of the weather/fire advisories... so friendly. its a great location and an easy walk to the lake or rotary park.

When dealing with the owners, they were super helpful, very kind and treated you well. I have baby brain and probably bugged the owners over email one too many times but there was never a complaint nor did they make me feel like my questions were bothersome. They were very flexible with last minute additions and were very professional.

Thank you for opening your home to our family! We will definately make your vacation property a tradition in our travels to Penticton!

Very clean, updated and comfortable beach house! This place was perfect for our holiday and exceeded our expectations! Ideal location within easy walking distance to the beach and close to town. Large backyard and outdoor patio was perfect for meals. Owner was helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We will be back next year for sure!
