The dining room opens on to a terrace with steps leading to the garden, pool and a summer salon. Library with Satellite TV receiver and B+O music centre. Fully fitted kitchen and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Utility room with additional fridge. The luxury 4 bedroom villa, sleeping 8 people is situated in the Las Brisas area only a short distance away from the world famous yacht harbour Puerto Banus and the many excellent beaches. There are many excellent golf courses in the immediate area. The villa is on 2 floors with an added tower room where the fourth bedroom with shower room is with its own balcony. The master bedroom, second bedroom have their own exit to the pool and gardens. There are several spacious terraces with plenty of comfortable seating areas. By the pool, which measures 4.5x9 meters, is a further shower and WC. The very modern equipment and furniture, bedlinen and garden furniture are all carefully chosen and makes this villa a luxurious and extremely spacious and comfortable place to stay.
