A Wonderful Home Overlooking Rockaway

This is a great house for multiple families. Five of our six children, four grandchildren ages 5,4, 2 at 18 months, and great grandparents had a fantastic time. Being on a hill it has a wonderful view of the ocean and surrounding hills. We saw deer multiple times. It was like being in our home away from home. Watch out for speed limits in town, but the officers gave warnings and sent us on our way.
The description was good, but the limited parking of three cars was not known until we got the final check-in information. We were able to manage the amount of people and parking. The listing photos are great and give some idea of the floor plan. The property was very clean and well maintained. The beds were wonderful. Vacasa is a great company to work with.
There was some information posted by the owner, which would have been nice to know before we rented. A power outage would cause difficulties with the bathroom facilities and we were fortunate to have no problems. I would definitely recommend this property, but probably only in seasons of good weather conditions due to the steep road and driveway. We mostly spent time at the beach and had all of our meals at the house. We enjoyed playing games and watching the grandchildren play. They loved the little hideout under the stairs and the rocking chair.
