This beautiful villa is conveniently located only 20 minutes away from Nice airport and it is perched just above the quaint village of Vence. The villa offers stunning views from Cap Ferrat to Cap d'Antibes. It has three large bed rooms, all with air-conditioning and the same beautiful views. The villa is fully equipped and modern in design. The large swimming pool invites you to spend long and lazy days soaking up the sun. The lawn and children's corner will ensure that even the little ones will be having a good time. There are various outdoor activities just around the corner and the beach is only 20 minutes away.

The villa is situated just above the village of Vence and offers a multitude of outdoor activities within close range. A lazy day on the beach is only 20 minutes away, shopping in Monaco or Cannes only 40 minutes from the villa. There are plenty of hiking trails just behind the villa and if you go a little further up, you will find a haven for those who enjoy para gliding, canyoning and kayaking. Vence offers a number of cosy and typically French restaurants and cafes and you only have a 10 minute drive to the world famous St. Paul de Vence where you find a number of gastronomical restaurants. The location of the villa also ensures that you get away from the crowded coastline and can enjoy a luxurious and relaxing holiday and yet, you only have minutes to drive to reach all the major attractions of the French Riviera.

What can I say, this stunning villa is better in real life than in the pictures! We spent the most incredible holiday here and I would like to say thank you to the owners for maintaining their villa to the very highest standards. The villa itself is beautiful, the views takes your breath away and our children loved the pool (as did the adults) as well as their own kiddie corner. We spent two weeks exploring Vence and its surroundings, enjoyed lazy evenings by the barbeque and just recharged our batteries. The friendly welcome by the manager and her presence during our stay was invaluable. Once again, thank you for letting us use your wonderful villa.
