The Villa Après L’Ondee can be found in the hills just behind the ancient walled town of Vence, at a height of 450m. It has magnificent views, from Cap Ferrat to the east, of Nice to the south and as far to the west as Cannes. Both Nice & Cannes are approx 20 km away.The international airport at Nice, served by many of the major airlines as well as the “budget carriers” (German Wings, Easy Jet,) is 18kms, (20 minutes) away. The villa benefits from peace and quiet even in the busiest season, as well as a cooling breeze during the hottest weather. It is set up to the highest specification-Sky (Full Package), HD Television and “Bose Stereo Equipment” for the adults and a fully equipped “Play house”, with swings and sand area for the children. The terraced gardens are well established and filled with a multitude of plants, both beautiful and interesting. They providing several quiet areas within the grounds to read and relax.

The villa is perfectly positioned to enjoy the beauty of the Cote d’Azur countryside while being only a few minutes into the many restaurants,shops and art galleries of Vence. It's an ideal location to explore St Paul, Valbonne, Mougins and the surrounding villages while being only 10 minutes from the coast. In Vence you find all types of shops and commodities, including a Provencal style market. Close proximity is also to St. Paul de Vence with its art galleries, museums and nice restaurants – from rustic to gourmet. Many golf courses are within a short drive. Skiing is 1.5 – 2 hours drive away. For sight-seeing and shopping Nice and Cannes are within a 40 minutes drive, not to mention Italy and other excursion goals along the Riviera which is animated with open air concerts, jazz festivals and traditional Provencal festivities.
