Photos and Description of the Ciutadella vacation villa rental A place where the calmness and the nature can be enjoyed

It's about a detached villa of 230 m2, duplex, built on a 780 m2 plot, with splendid views to the sea. The ground floor is composed by: entrance hall, three double rooms, two complete bathrooms, laundry and garage. Besides, it has drying place, outdoor shower, swimming pool of 40 m2 and spacious terraces. Living room, dining-room/kitchen, toilet, a bedroom and two covered terraces compose the first floor. The last renovation of the house was in 2008. The owners take charge of the cleaning, the swimming pool maintenance and looking after the garden. The house and the swimming pool are cleaned twice a week. Our villa is located at about 100 metres from the coast. Cala Morell is an urbanisation situated at 7 km away from Ciutadella, on the north. In a few minutes by car, you can reach “La Vall”, where there are some beautiful spacious and unspoilt beaches.
