Air-conditioned, large sunny patio, flat screen TV, satellite channels and DVD

Majestic Gardens enjoys an elevated position with superb, uninterrupted views to the sea; it provides an excellent base from which you can explore the Island of Cyprus. Only 15 minutes from the excitement of Larnaca but far enough to enjoy peace and tranquillity when you want it!

The Penthouse is fully air conditioned and comprises of a double bedroom, twin bedroom and large lounge/dining area with 3 seater sofa bed settee and large bathroom; easily caters for families up to 6, plus a baby in cot. Two more adults can be accommodated in the adjacent Studio Apartment by arrangement.

Outside there is a large terraced area with patio table and chairs, sofa and 4 sun-lougers for private sunbathing

There is a fully fitted kitchen including washer/dryer. The flat screen TV has satellite channels. The DVD player has an MP3 player connection. Linen and towels are provided for use inside the Penthouse.

The resort is set in beautiful maintained gardens and the shared pool is a welcome oasis

Larnaca Region: Is a popular tourist and commercial centre with fast motorway connections to explore the island and access numerous beaches; they say there is one beach for every day of the year! In Larnaca itself, the pedestrianised seafront is lined with relaxing cafés and bars and some sophisticated restaurants. There is a very popular tourist beach by the waterfront. Larnaca has a lively night-life scene but also provides extensive shopping and eating out during the day. The modern city was established according to legend by one of Noah's grandsons in 13th Century BC! The enthusiast will be able to track down Roman archaeological remains and more recent historic churches. Go to Kornos for traditional pottery and Lefkara for lace, embroidery and jewellery.

Tersefanou Village: Is a typical Cypriot village with traditional bars and restaurants offering local dishes. You will find a tobacconist and a local supermarket. Local beaches and eating can be found at Pervolia and Cape Kiti (10 minutes by car) but really there are so many delightful locations to choose from it would be a shame to restrict yourself to these!!! Take a drive down the coast road to Zygi and enjoy one of several truly excellent fish restaurants, very popular with the Cypriots. For the more adventurous, whizz onto the motorway network and take a day out in Nicosia, Limassol or wend your way up into the wonderful Troodos Mountains for some fresh air and superb views. Family fun can be had in the flumes and lagoons of Waterworld, Agia Napa. All less than an hours drive!

Watersports, diving and skiing: : Cyprus has many great wrecks to dive (including the famous Zenobia). At the CTO (Pyla Beach) you will find jet skiing, banana boats plus a selection of volley ball & football pitches for the more energetic. Families are also well catered for with great bowling and karting facilities situated in Larnaca.

In the warm winter months Cyprus turns into an island of contrast where you ski high in the Troodos Mountains and retreat to Majestic Gardens to sunbathe during the afternoon.

The following Golf courses are recommended...Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Course, Vikia Golf Club, Tsada Golf Club. The Larnaca Golf and Country Club is set to open in 2012

Quiet village retreat with local facilities including a restaurant, village stores, newsagent and several bars including a Sports Bar with free wifi and internet access. Convenient for driving to local beaches or access to the island's motorway network (not within earshot) to explore attractions and antiquities. 5 minutes to Children's Playground attraction. 20 minutes drive to Larnaca for fabulous restaurants, bars, seafront, Marina, Mckenzie Beach, sophisticated night-life, cine-complex. 15 minute drive to Camel Park Attraction and 25 minutes to Zygi for beaches and world famous Seafood Restaurants.

Golf: Golf courses in Cyprus are still very young, Larnaca Golf & Country Club is set to be completed in 2011.

Desolate area safety issues with community

I am posting this review late as I have been awaiting to resolve a complaint regarding this property but still no resolution.
On arrival the key code we were given was wrong it was late evening the mangement company have no contact details and we had to make 3 international calls at our expense to get the correct key code. Oh how we wished we hadnt bothered.
On arriving at the community we found that the communal gates were not closed they were in fact open and the gates did not actually meet together enough to close so first of this is not a gated community. The following morning daylight showed a truly different picture

The area is covered in bird defication the roof terrace which is advertised for sunbathing is also covered with this mess. The block the property is in is in a bad state of repair there are large cracks in the building and the outside paved area is suffering from subsidence.
The pool is nothing like the pictures suggest its unclean with a broken rail and stray cats living in the toilet area,the sun loungers are ripped rusty and unsafe.
The area well this is quite eerily quite there, is one shop and a very small resturant which wasn't open during day time. The apartment itself was ok standard , the tv didn't work kept going off and needed tuning in. The sofa under the throw over was filthy.
The cushions are dirty and need replacing.
The roof terrace was a massive let down the birds and the mess they made was a big problem.
The building is becoming derelict there is no care being taken of the community what was a children's playground had a dead bird and cat mess. It's falling apart subsiding. Truly spoiled our time in the Larnaca area,totally wasted money and vacation going here.

Ideal holiday property!!

This was an excellent penthouse apartment. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, not to mention even better. Fully equipped, with everything one might need. Facilities were exactly as prescribed.

Direction instructions were also excellent, it was a piece of cake to find the property (Dont forget to stop at Zorpas, a 24 hour bakery, with delicious goods).

We found the house in excellent condition, very clean and tidy.
Quiet area, ideal for relaxing, away from the city noise. Close to Larnaca, as well as to motorway connection. Very spacious terrace, plenty of room to have your breakfast or relax with a drink. Pool is just down the hall, if you feel like having a swimm.

Definitely recommend it to anyone feeling the need to relax and get rid of the work stress in no time.

Car is a must, since there are plenty of places to visit in Cyprus.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Fantastic penthouse in a village full of charm

Definitely a luxury penthouse with all the home comforts you could ever need. The apartment was very spacious with a fantastic terrace. The apartment and the complex were very clean and well maintained. The amenities on site were great, with access to 3 pools and even an on-site spa! The village was lovely with bags of local charm and within a 2 minutes walk you are in the village centre with supermarkets, cafes and tavernas where the locals were extremely friendly and accommodating. The beach, waterparks and marina are all a short drive away. The motorway is close by, which made it easy to discover the rest of this beautiful island. We would certainly recommend it. We have already booked to return in May...and October!
