Stay at this beautiful Venice Island home, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an enclosed pool and walk to public beaches, quaint shops and restaurants. Twenty-seven holes of public golf is only one-half mile away.
A king size bed and separate sitting area highlight the large master suite, with a large walk-in closet , master bathroom and sliders to the pool. Private office space adjoins the master bedroom that includes desk space, two sofas and a second TV/DVD. Keep in touch with work while you vacation using the broadband, wireless internet.
The second bedroom features a new queen bed with 2 large closets and mirrored doors. It has its own private bathroom with shower.
The third bedroom has a new queen bed and large closet and is close to the main bathroom which has a bath tub with shower.
The open floor plan and lots of windows give our house a lovely bright, spacious atmosphere. There is berber carpet in the bedrooms and tile floors throughout the rest of the house. The furnishings are new and there is lots of room to spread out in the almost 2,000 square feet of living space.
We are world travelers with family in the beautiful Venice area. We love the ability for periodic escapes to this home to play golf, visit family and play on the beach. We think that the sunshine, warm weather, walking, bird-watching, shopping and fine dining are the best in Gulf-coast, south Florida.

We love the small-town feel of Venice Island. There are many outdoor cafes, specialty shops, live community theatre, library, art center, grocery store and hospital within a short walk from our house.
The beaches are not crowded and have miles of soft white sand.
We enjoy our daily walk on the beach, playing golf at one of the numerous golf courses in the area and walking into town for dinner.
We had a great time in Venice, wonderful weather for Feb - best ever if FL for us. No problems with the house, your home away from home is "super".
Venice beaches are famous for their shark's teeth and Capserson's beach is close by.
