This large luxurious recently modernised 3 double bedroom villa is located in a quiet cul de sac with stunning views of the Montgo national park, close to the quaint Spanish town of Pedreguer on the Northern Costa Blanca. The spacious living area includes a large, open plan kitchen-dining room, comfortable lounge with patio doors leading onto a large terrace. The Master bedroom is located on this floor with its own private patio doors leading onto the terrace. There is a spacious shower room with a double shower on this level. The lower ground floor has 2 large double bedrooms a full bathroom and another separate toilet and wash hand basin. Patio doors open out on to the private secluded swimming pool and terraces. Beside the pool is a shower room and summer kitchen. The terraces offer outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Spanish evenings. Only 12mins from the lovely beaches of Javea, and the delightful Town, Port and beaches at Denia.

Located on the outskirts of the traditional Spanish village of Pedreguer near the market town of Jalon, this 3 bed villa offers the perfect setting for exploring the surrounding areas, be it inland or on the coast. The villa itself sits at the middle part of Monte Pedreguer, making it a perfect setting for outdoor activities including hiking, climbing and mountain biking. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy in the nearby Jalon and Orba Valleys such as the bodegas, horse riding, mountaineering, quad biking- all types of sport to enjoy. There are also several excellent golf courses nearby; the most talked about here is the Marriot, a mere10 minute drive away. The nearby towns of Javea, Denia and Moriara are great for shopping/sight seeing. Denia and Javea’s golden coast line is 10 min drive, both have beach bars and water sports, there are many restaurants and tapas bars to suit all tastes. Benidorm is 35 min drive with Sea World, Terra Mitica and Aqualandia attracting families.

Late bookings must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to departure. Discounts considered for lets longer than two consecutive weeks. Airport collection can be arranged.

Mounte Pedreguer is a superb mountain resort between Javea and Denia whose outstanding beaches are a 15 minute car drive away. The lovely villages of Gata de Gorgos and Jesus Pobre are only 5 minutes away whilst the village of Pedreguer is just 3 minutes away and has all the shops you would require. The exclusive La Sella golf resort, with the 5 star Marriott hotels and bars/restaurants and adjacent to the 18 hole par 72 La Sella championship golf course is only a short 10 minute drive.

Outdoor Kitchen area: There is a covered/shaded outdoor kitchen area complete with larder fridge, sink, work station, cupboards, crockery and cutlery and dining room table. A gas BBQ is also provided. Beside the pool is a large enclosed private shower room with hot and cold running water.
