Beautful, private lake front property newly available for your vacation use.

If you are looking for a place to stay with all amenities and the enjoyment of all Rough RIver lake has to offer, please come be at home in our home. This property overlooks Rough River Lake that is easily accessible via a short 50 yard stroll.

Enjoy morning coffee on your private deck while being surrounded in wildlife and nature of the country. Hear the calming sounds of the boats and fisherman at daybreak.

Enjoy the evening grilling up your 'catch' and watching the sunset. A small bar is located in the basement. Complete your evening listening to music on the surround system and your favorite drink, while you make plans for another great day tomorrow. There is a fire pit if you prefer to enjoy the outdoors with a bonfire.

The master suite has a jetted tub for you to relax in. All mattresses & beddings provided are of the utmost quality as your good night’s sleep is very important to us.

You will find a King bed in the Master suite, a queen bed in another bedroom, with (2) twins in the 3rd. This is a perfect place for 2 families to enjoy time on the lake together.

The house was gorgeous and extremely clean. Owners were very friendly and accomidating. Beautiful out of the way escape back far in the country. I would not have expected to see such a house down those country road but there it was.

We loved the property. Got me thinking what a great idea. Own a vacation home and rent it while we are not using it. I may look into something like this. My first time on the lake. It was great because of all the lake shore to see. I think we will be back next year again. The house was in excellent condition. Only thing we noticed was a constant odor in the master bathroom. Not sure what from. It seemed to me from the toilet, maybe the water??? We couldn't pin point the smell. Did notice also that your dryer vent I think is supposed to be lined up with a hole in the floor. It is not and I think it is venting inside the laundry room some. Might want to check it out. I may have someone interested in renting it in August already.
