Excellent house, clean, well furnished and spacious. Close to all main attractions and a breeze from the Airport. Highly recommened for all families - we slept two large families at the same time quite comfortably

From the moment we arrived, we loved the home. It was very spacious and had everything you could possibly think of and not think of. The kids loved the game room and pool. We got there early on the day of arrival and were able to go to the club house in the subdivision to wait. While waiting they were able to swim and enjoy the computers. The furnishing were very nice and the beds were supercomfortable. Great Experience. My son wants to come back every year. 15 minutes from Disney World, 5 minutes from Walmart.

Fantastic villa. We loved the space inside and out. Spent most of our time by the pool, and the large shaded area was a great bonus. Sunsets are amazing - like the serengeti - just no lions ! Aviana is really convenient for all the parks (where you will find the lions!) and yet quiet and isolated. The large clubhouse pool was a bonus.

It was a pleasure to deal with Henry. Our queries were answered almost instantly.

As the title says. A ' Home from Home'
I can honestly say from the moment we arrived thats exactly what it was.
Never before have we felt so comfortable and relaxed on holiday.
Everything you could want and more is there. Not once did we find ourselves 'wanting' something like so often happens when away. So nice to have all of this when you want to have a rest day. It was also very close to local ammenities which made it a breeze when needing any shopping.
Not once during our break did we hear those dreaded words ' Im bored' and to me that summed it all up.
Our only regrets were that we hadnt stayed for longer.

Easily solved though as have already rebooked for next year.

Superb spacious modern villa with an excellent deck and pool. Sun from breakfast to sunset. And the view and sunsets are truly spectacular. Area is very quiet and the location close to I4 gives great access to all locations. The large heated clubhouse pool and hottub are a great bonus.
For quality, location, presentation and convenience this is the best villa we have ever rented and Henry always answered our queries quickly. You would struggle to find better value anywhere in Orlando.
