A lovely traditional 17C Farmhouse. The property comprises of 5 DOUBLE BEDROOMS 4 BATHROOMS. There are three double bedrooms with kingsize beds (one of which can be divided into twin beds) They all have their own bathrooms. Also one twin room and one large childrens family room with a double bed and a single bed. They have a shared bathroom. Downstairs there is a large drawing room and dining room. A den for the children with TV and DVDs. Family kitchen with aga, large utility room and walk in larder. This holiday rental property is on the edge of the village of Great Bircham and 6MILES FROM BRANCASTER BEACH AND BURNHAM MARKET renowned for its beautiful sandy beaches. Conveniently, the village shop and local pub are across the road. We have a wonderful variety of 15 chickens and a vegetable garden. A cook and cleaner at extra cost also available. Croquet and cricket can be played on the front lawn and the barbecue for the warmer months.

Great Bircham is a pretty village on the edge of Her Majestys Sandringham Estate in North Norfolk. We are 6 miles from Brancaster, Burnham Market and 10 miles from Fakenham. Kings Lynn is 25 minute drive away. The village has a lovely gastro pub/restaurant with playground for children. We also have a post office and village store. If you wish to view stately homes Houghton Hall and Sandringham are a few miles away. Holkham Hall also close by about 25 minutes drive. We have two spectacular beaches close by with golden sands and sandunes of Brancester and Holkham. You can visit the seals at Morston by boat and take some lovely walks just outside the famhouse accross fields and woodlands.
