This impeccable designer home is located in the only 'true' ocean front building in the Sea Village complex, A full renovation was completed in 2012, featuring all new amenities and designer touches - Island Elegance best describes our home.

Relax to the sounds of the ocean throughout our unit and watch the Humpback whales (in season) and resident spinner dolphins (absolute daily sightings) from your private lanai. As each evening approaches, be prepared to view the most spectacular sunsets in all of Kona and if you are lucky enough you will be rewarded with seeing the famous 'green flash' as the sun drops below the horizon.

Our home will meet the needs of the most discriminating guest. No detail has been overlooked - from two flat screen TV's, IPOD Dock/stero sound system, beach accessories, egyptian cotten linens, washer/dryer, to a fully stocked 'chef's' kitchen.

For the truly adventurous, world class snorkeling and diving are just steps from our unit. Resident Manta Rays, dolphins, reef fish and sea turtles at every turn in waters so clear, visibility often exceeds 150 feet.

Walk to town and enjoy all that Kona has to offer. All of your activity rentals are available here. You will find snorkel-dive gear, paddle-surf boards, bicycle-motorcycle and jet ski rentals along with guided tours / lessons for surfing or paddleboarding, parasailing, whale watching, boat dives, volcano tours, deep sea fishing and swimming with the dolphins - each activity more tempting than the last!

While in town, visit sights such as the Queens Palace and gardens, the historic Old Kona Inn, or just relax and people watch from the sea wall.

Kona has no shortage of eclectic shopping for everyone on your souvenir list. From world class art galleries to island inspired clothing, you wont leave empty handed.

Green Flash Coffee is located on premesis and is independently operated. They have fantasitic made to order breakfast and lunch offerings along with world famous Kona Coffee. The Sea Village also has on site tennis courts with complimentary rackets and tennis balls provided by the owners. Our unit is only one of less than 20 out of 120+ units that has the additional secruity features of having a second 4' deadbolt to secure the unit and a wireless door chime to notify you of visitors.

Fantastic

This was our second trip to Hawaii and the first to the Big Island. We could not have asked for a better experience. The condo is much better than the description. Everything you could possibly have need for is there. We walked to town several nights (bring a flashlight for the after dark walks). The condo was very clean and well kept. It was like moving in to someone's home. Great location, the sunsets are amazing, ocean breeze keeps you cool and the waves keep you relaxed. Dolphins each morning viewed from the lanai. Danielle kept us fully informed each step of the renting process. The only complaint I have is that we had to come home. Thank you Danielle for sharing your condo.

This was our first time on the Big Island and without a doubt we stayed in one of the best places in Kona. The condo was MORE than what we expected and when it was stated ocean front, it is definitely ocean front and center! We enjoyed many evenings on the lanai watching beautiful sunsets, From the lanai we saw many spinner dolphins in the mornings along with whales. Two mornings snorkelers were right off the rocks in front of out lanai.
It was nice to stay somewhere the description was very accurate. Also quiet from street noise!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and were pleased with the wonderful accommodations, décor and we wanted for nothing in the kitchen. We had friends staying in other condos at Sea Village, and we definitely felt like we were in the ‘high rent’ district while they were staying at Motel 6 accommodations. We had stayed at your condo for 8 days in January 2013 and when we arrived it was everything we could have imagined and more. The pictures, amenities and description of the condo were exactly as described, great location, ample parking, private access to beach and best of all the most amazing views from the lanai. Every morning we spotted whales, dolphins and even yellow tang fish!

The condo was extermely clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The kitchen had everthing from flour and sugar to endless appliances and cooking ware. We truley appreciated our welcome gifts of Kona coffee and wine!

The condo was spacious and felt like "home". Everyone having there own bathroom and bedroom allowed for privacy and got us moving in the morning to get on with our day. This is the only place I have stayed where I can say that the bed was really comfortable. Every morning I woke up rested in paradise!

I would highly recommend Danielle's condo and look forward to our next stay!

We had a wonderful time in Kona and your condo exceeded our expectations. It was everything we were looking for in a condo and then some. The location is great, quite but not to far from downtown, ample parking, amazing views, clean and most importantly, every night when we got back to your condo it felt like "Home".
