My family built this house in 1962 and has owned it since. We live in it ourselves and rent it out when we can't use it. We strive to take care of it and maintain it.

We grew up here and all love the area. You will too once you experience it.
We love to go to the beach, go kayaking, biking, tennis. We love to just relax, eat fresh food. We love to take walks in some of the conservation lands around. We take in some of the local arts and music festivals and fairs that take place in the summer.
The house is charming and spatious and has stunning views - as advertised. It is also very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The pictures on the website actually do not do it justice. The house is situated close to Sakonnet Point and there are some lovely walks (or bicycle rides) near by. The only downside is the area has many beautiful but private (and therefore inaccessible) beaches. You need to drive to the closest public beach - which is very nice.
