The property has a shared swimming Pool with external shower. The living area leads ta a private sun terrace. The Villa is located within easy reach of shops, local train station and bus routes. A short walk (0.1Km) leads to the sea shore and beach and footpaths to Monaco and Plage Mala. The Villa has 3 Double Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 Lounges. It is equiped with air conditioning and central heating as required. Additionally broad band computer facilities are available. Local Cultural facilities include, summer concerts, museums and art galleries. Collection from Nice airport can be arranged.
