About Ann Marie Waters
As a surfer and a beach lover, I lived in this house for a number of years until I needed a different space as my family grew up. Narragansett is a wonderful place for surfing, sun bathing, and fun at the beach.
Ann Marie Waters purchased this cottage in 2005
Why Ann Marie Waters chose Narragansett
As a native Rhode Islander, I've always known we have something special here in Narragansett to share with the rest of the world.
What makes this cottage unique
My house is on a quiet little road just down the hill from Boston Neck Road so even though it's a private sanctuary, it is walking distance to a ton of restaurants, ice cream, and a nice stroll to Bonnet Beach. My favorite part about the home is the feel of the place. It has that quintessential beach house mood to it so the moment you walk through the door, you feel like you are on vacation. I hope you enjoy it as much as I still do.
