Spend your next Wellfleet vacation at the renowned Bradford townhouse. Built in 1890, the Bradford provides the perfect location for holiday fun and relaxation.
From the living room of this sunny, two-story condo, early risers can watch spectacular Duck Creek sunrises or opt to take their coffees to Uncle Tim's Bridge for a morning stroll around Cannon Hill. Beach goers can walk to Mayo Beach (six minutes), or bike or drive the 2.9 miles to Cahoon Hollow Beach. Too much sun? The Bradford is a five minute walk to the center of town, with art galleries, shops, bars and restaurants along the way. Did you say restaurants? It's 45 seconds, door to door, to a dozen freshly shucked Wellfleet oysters at Mac's Shack. And for the culturally inclined there's the nearby W.H.A.T. or, as the sun starts to set, a short drive down Route 6 to the nightly double feature at the Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre.
Eating at home? Enjoy your meals in our fully-equipped kitchen or head outside to the shared deck overlooking our lovingly landscaped backyard. Upstairs and past the chimney, the sunny front bedroom has an armoire and a pair of trundle-like twin beds, while the larger back bedroom has a closet, dresser and comfortable double bed.
The fine print: Again, the Bradford was built in 1890 and it should be noted that inside the unit there are two somewhat steep staircases that may be difficult for the disabled or the elderly. Also, as the Bradford is a multi-unit townhouse, there are two good-neighbor restrictions: Laundry hours are from 9AM to 8PM, and quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Thank you.
