  • Price is for the apartment for 7Nights.(Linen, towels included), £45.00 paid on departure for a professional clean. Deposit of 25% required with booking. Full payment required 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival full payment is required on confirmation. Payment can be in personal cheques in GB pounds or Euro.. Security / damage deposit of 150 payable before arrival. This will be returned to you within 10 days of departure and keys returned..Bank transfer accept or credit cards. There will be a charge by paypal or bank transer.

If there has been damage to the apartment or its contents, keys have to be replaced or the apartment has not been left in a reasonable condition, an appropriate refund, or invoice, will be sent to you.     Accidents can happen, but please report without delay to us, any defects in the property, or breakdown or breakages in any items, equipment, machinery or appliances in the property. Where we are situated : Des Amis Apartments was built 2002 the apartments is attached to a French Creole Cajun restaurant. The original building was built in 1611, lots of character. We are situated half a mile from the Royal Norfolk Show Ground off the A47. We are 6 miles from Norwich City Centre, 5 mile from the airport, 21 miles from Great Yarmouth, 20 from Cromer. 41 miles from Sandringham Estate. We have very good bus services from the apartments to the City centre, it takes 15 minutes to the City where you will find lots of historic places to visit.

Golf courses in the area: Things to do in the area. There are 4 Golf courses in a 2 miles radius. Barnham, Bawburgh, Costessey and Wensum Valley Golf Barford Fishing Lake is about a mile away. Easton College is half a mile from us University of East Anglia is 2 miles from the apartment. Barnham Zoo is 13 miles from the apartment.

Back ground information of the owner Chef: The Chef owner of the restaurant is from the Creole French Island of ST Lucia, he has been a Chef from 1973, he started his training in ST Lucia, was transferred to London Holiday Inn 1975, worked at the Tower Hotel from 1976 to 1983. Worked at wheelers Fish restaurant on the Kings Road in Chelsea 1984 to 1987. Worked at the Royal Horse Guards Hotel 1987 to 1989. Moved to Norwich in 1989 to open the Norwich Village and Hotel. His first restaurant was in Norwich City Centre, from 1992 to 1988, the second restaurant was opened in 1997 in Easton Village. We have been here for 11 Years, we are well established. We had 3 week stay at Des Amis Apartment in Norwich Everything at this place is of an extremely high standard from the level of facilities and cleanliness to the friendliness and service of all its staff. All the apartments are spacious and well equipped
The owners of this hotel pays close attention to their clients welfare and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very clean, we have nothing but praise. Service is excellent, a very personal approach secures that all your needs can be met and the food is better than you will find in any other Hotel of that price range.
The place is so quiet and beautiful. We could really relax and got a lot of positive energy away from the big cities' rush. That was exactly what we were looking for.
We haven't got any issues to complain. Everything was perfect and we had indeed great time over there. Looking forward to come back again! Thanks guys for hospitality!
