Located on a panoramic hill surrounding Florence this is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday yet only 15mns to the shopping streets and art treasures of Florence and walking distant to a good restaurant. Also within 30mns drive there is a handful of historical sights and many Chianti villages to visit. The villa is immersed in vast private garden equipped for al fresco living and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.Has a private pool :9.50m x 4.60m open from May throughout October.Nearby village of Lastra a Signa has a large shopping centre and a pretty old centre with artisan shops.The area offers innumerable choices for special activities. From the large entrance hall,stairs leading to the first floor: A dining room a comfortable living room with a satellite TV and fireplace, 2 large double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms with shower, a double bedroom with twin beds, another bathroom with shower.another bathroom with shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
