Modern, safe, clean and centrally located condo right in the heart of Old Town. Was able to walk to restaurants , the beach, bus stops, shopping, quite quickly, and a cab always at the ready should I need. Though "in the heart of things" condo remained quiet, no late night disturbances. And the rooftop views - AMAZING! Highly recommend for single traveler or couple.

Michael's studio at this gorgeous new complex was by far the nicest spot we've ever stayed in! Perfect layout... cozy couch at the foot of the bed facing the flat screen TV, top of the line kitchen to cook up fresh fish and shrimp (that can be purchased just a block away) and EXQUISITE rooftop pool with a fabulous view makes this the place to stay! Walking distance to great restaurants and nice, central location for all of your other activities. Safe, secure building with kind and responsive property managers that offered up wonderful restaurant and activity suggestions. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! We will be back. Thank you for this opportunity... such a pleasurable stay!

I just returned from a 10 day stay and had a great time. The new condo was very comfortable and quiet. I slept quite well. The condo has everything you need...AC-dehumidifier, washer/dryer, complete kitchen, wi fi, tv etc. The roof top, common area of this property is stunning. Beautiful pool, incredible 360 view, hot tubs, sitting areas, bbq, lounge chairs, outdoor shower etc. I also felt very secure as an access code is required to enter the building and it is also monitored around the clock. There is everything from late night taco stands to fine dining, all within walking distance. The beach and night life are also easily within walking distance. The property management company was readily available to attend to any details.
