Terrific Rental for Family w/Small Children, Felt Like Home

We (four adults and two toddlers) had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, exactly as pictured/described, and well stocked with the little things (laundry baskets, clothes drying rack, etc.), as well as lots of kitchen equipment. The set-up was ideal for our two little families (each with a young toddler) as there's a master and second bedroom on each floor. The location was fantastic, just a short walk down the path to the beach or across the street to the South Beach Marina area with shops and restaurants. The neighborhood pool is also literally across from the house and was a nice alternative to the beach. Being close to so many amenities was important for us given our children are so young and the window of opportunity between naps, meals, and snacks, is so brief. Connie was fantastic to deal with - prompt, thorough, and warm. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this house to others.
