This modern ibicencan-style Villa is a unique and luxury property. 2,000 m2 of beautiful gardens surrounds the 600 m2 Villa of 3 levels, smartly divided into 6 spacious and independent apartments-bungalows. The Villa is available for rent as an entire unit, with capacity of up to 20-24 guests or each of the separate bungalows independently. A total of 10 bedrooms, 9 baths, 6 fully equipped kitchens, 5 fireplaces and numerous living rooms. Each apartment is equipped with satellite flat TVs, DVDs, internet WIFI and stereo Hi Fi systems. There is a large swimming pool (10m x 5m) with saline chlorination system, using no chemicals, a barbecue area, a sauna and chill out areas overseeing the Mediterranean, Formentera and Dalt Villa (Ibiza Old Town). The Villa is located on a hill, in front of the sea, in an exclusive residential area near the town of Jesús. This unique property is located on the hill of an exclusive residential neighbourhood surrounded by pine trees and many other spectacular Villas (music producers, film directors,..) all with excellent views to the sea and Dalt Villa (Ibiza Old Town), which is a mere 5 minutes drive from the Villa. The town of Jesús with supermarkets, coffee shops, bakeries, is at walking distance. 10 minutes walk towards Ibiza town you will find the sandy beach of Talamanca and the restaurant Sa Punta -of the Pachá chain. Next to Talamanca are the luxurious marinas of Ibiza Nueva and Marina Botafoch, where large yachts of the rich and famous are docked, with chic cafés, exclusive shops, world known discos such as Pachá and El Divino, and the 5* Ibiza Gran Hotel, hosting the Casino in 2009. Heading North, 10 minutes drive, you may find the less known and secluded beach of S'Estanyol. Another 10 minutes North there is a Golf course and right after, the town of Santa Eulalia.

  • Regular changeover day is SATURDAY, please advise if you have a different need and we will try to accommodate.
    A 3,000E security deposit is payable on arrival, which will be returned in full on departure, subject to no damages to the Villa or its contents.
    To secure a reservation a 50% deposit is required, the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
    Contact owner for charges for extra guests, beyond the nominal capacity of 20.
    As summer approaches, please contact directly for up to date availability.
    Discounts available for longer than 1 week stays.
  • Pets allowed.
  • Smaller groups (June & Sept): The 6 apartments (four 1BDR & two 3BDR) are available to rent independently for those weeks when the Villa is not rented as a whole unit.

Notes: The unique distribution of the different sections offer privacy and independence to different subgroups, but there are also areas for the entire group to get together. A large outdoor swimming pool (10x5 meters) with an innovative chlorine system without chemicals, only salt. Two large chill outs (2x2 meters) and sunbeds set around the pool. Your group will enjoy magnificent dinners by the barbecue area, with seating for 20. The entire property is surrounded by gorgeous gardens, which are daily maintained. The views from the pool (sunrise, sunset, full moon,..) are an unforgettable experience. The following services are included in the price: beach & pool towels. Daily general house cleaning and change of towels (3-4 hours). Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and common areas. Weekly change of sheets. Other services that may be included upon demand are chef, child care, car rental or VIP transfers, boat rental (house owner owns motor boat and may be available at special rate.

THE ENERGY: The House has a very special energy and vibe which you will be able to sense as you walk down to the pool area or up to the large terraces. The captivating 180-degree views to the sea and Formentera will make sure you disconnect from the daily routine as soon as you arrive.

THE LOCATION: The Villa is located on a hill surrounded by other beautiful Villas. No main road of traffic nearby, so no cars or traffic noise. Even though there are neighbours nearby, the property still enjoys excellent privacy all around.

LUXURY SERVICE AND AVAILABILITY: Owner lives in the premises from October through May and in Ibiza town during the summer. Will be available to resolve any problems that may occur in the Villa within the day. Can also assist with anything else related to your holidays (car rental, boat rental, transfers, disco tickets, VIP tables, or any other group event).

Can Hedone - The place to stay in Ibiza

I spent 3 weeks at Can Hedone last summer 2008, and had an amazing time. The villa is huge and is located close to Ibiza town as well as a number of good beaches (Talamanca - Nikki beach), Clubs, (Pacha) and restaurants. Can Hedone, is owned and manged by Alfonso and Sandra, who will go out of their way to accommodate your requests ranging from club entry, restaurant recommendations and reservations as well as an excursion on the Can Hedone private speedboat. The house is in excellent condition and is fully equipped for and your group to enjoy Ibiza to the fullest. I can highly recommned you this villa, for its location, its facilities, its quality, and its ENERGY. Looking forward to go back!

Stunning Fantastically Managed Villa

One of the best weekends of my life was spent at this villa. The only sleeping i did was poolside as I didnt want to miss watching one spectacular sunrise or sunset you get front row seats to at the villa. Sandra and Alfonso make the perfect hosts, offering the kind of hospitality you would only expect from your mum. If you have the fortune to secure an appartment here, and the party gets the better of you, or you fancy a pre-clubbing dinner, the hosts will prepare on request the most amazing BBQ which will beat any dining experience on the island. The atmosphere at the villa is incredible, we were not the only group there but there is so much space you get the experience of having a villa to yourself, which is great if you are only a small group. Our fantastic hosts also arranged a trip on their speed boat, complete with packed lunch and their good company. Nothing is far from the villa, we are huge blue marlin beach bar and pascha fans so alternated between the two and the pool. Alfonsa was able to help us with entry to clubs and recomendations. For those that like to worry, the villa is a sanctuary and its gates and location allows you to feel really safe in its grounds.

Most Amazing Villa, Most Amazing View

I have stayed in Can Hedone several times and have always enjoyed myself immensely. It is a beautiful villa in a beautiful setting, with probably the best (and most beautiful!) host and hostess to help you out with your every want and need. Ive always found the other guests to be great fun as well as courteous. The appartments are lovely and split out well and sympathetic to the spanish roots of the island.

Best of all you can party to your hearts content but also have a quiet evening with friends. It really does tick all the boxes.

A gorgeous villa for gorgeous people

I couldnt recommend enough, i have booked again for this year and will do for many years to come!

amazing Ibiza

This Villa is in an excellent location. We walked to Talamanca beach in 10 minutes. Took us only 5 minutes to get to Pachá and city center. The views to the sea and Formentera are amazing.
Alfonso also helped us with any requests we had, organized car transfers, got us tables at VIP in Pachá, organized a beautiful boat trip, prepared barbecues at the VIlla, great Host.

Couldn't have been a better experience

I spent an incredible week here last summer with a group of friends ( all of whom were seasoned veterans of the island ) and all I can say is that Alfonso and Sandra's villa is a true gem.

The location has stunning views across to Formentera, yet it easy enough to get to the beach at Talamanca and into Ibiza town when needed.

The villa is huge and offered plenty of privacy whenever needed for our group of 18. It could have accomodated much more.

Add to this Alfonso's ability to source anything we needed during our stay ( believe me, this guy is more connected than any online social network! ) and the use of his boat for unforgettable trips to Formentera and you have the recipe for a truly unsurpassed holiday on my favourite little white isle.

Already booked for this year.... I suggest you do too
