The resort features 7 Pools, Heated Indoor Pool. 5 Bars and 3 Restaurants. The resort has its own private beach adjacent to an exclusive superior fish restaurant next to its own Marina Pier for access across to the tranquil Black Sea. The ancient medieval town of Nessebar is only a short trip away. Water sports are available at reasonable cost including jet skis, water skiing, wake boards and pedalos. The Black Sea is clean and non tidal and is ideal for families and provides safe shallow swimming. The apartment is finished to a very high standard and is very spacious. The complex has a 5* spa and fitness centre including indoor pool, Saunas, Turkish Steam Room, Whirlpool Baths, Massage & Spa treatment area. There is a well stocked shop adjacent to apartment and a beautiful Italian Restaurant and a 5 star international cuisine restaurant.

St Vlas features a brand new Luxury Yacht Marina with many top class bars and restaurants and pleasant evening strolls. Sunny Beach is only a 10 min taxi ride away or via a regular cheap as chips bus service where there is a busy thriving nightlife full of bars restaurants and nightclubs and street markets.

Perfect place! Very luxurious and quiet condominium with facilities typical for "5 star" hotel. Far enough from Sunny Beach (probably one of the biggest Bulgarian resorts) to avoid noise of its streets but on the other hand quite close to visit its discotheques, casinos, restaurants with live music and aqua-park every day. At the Garden of Eden you can participate in activities provided by animation team and use business center's advisements to plan your sightseeing trips. Apartment is well located (close to the main restaurant, fitness studio, inner swimming pool, parking lot and SHOP - very important). Patio is perfect for families with kids. It allows them play on the grass and use it as kind of "a private rest area" directly joined to swimming pool. They don't have to run around buildings to swim. The apartment is fully furnished. You don't really need anything more to prepare meals and wash dirty clothes. My family has spent perfect time in this place and for sure will return there next summer! Great place for young kids

My wife and I spent 2 weeks here with our 3 month old daughter. The apartment was ideal for us as it's on the ground floor, and has all the amenities you need for a young baby (microwave, washing machine etc). There are 3 restaurants to choose from, all with great food, and all were very welcoming to our daughter. If however you just want to stay in the apartment and cook, all the facilities are there. As the resort is wheelchair friendly, it's also child buggy friendly, so getting about was no problem. With 7 pools and a private beach, space to lounge around was never an issue either. I would definitely go back with my family.
Owner's Response: I am pleased you were happy with your choice of holiday accommodation, and everything was to your liking. I try to make sure all my guests are comfortable in their surroundings.

We had an excellent holiday. Really cheap compared with spain last year. Appartment was lovely and spacious with tv, nice kitchen, bedroom and bahroom. Great facilities throughout the complex and the staff were really nice and chatty at the bars and told us the best places to go/see etc. We went on a safari which i recommend, jet skiing from the private beach and ate out loads both in and out of the complex and clubbing in sunny beach. We actually spent most evenings down in Sunny Beach cos it's busier but after making friends at the Eden complex we hung out in a group which made it even better. All in all a great holiday. Thanks!
