This professionally decorated cottage is packed with modern ammenities and charm. Waterfront Pool, Dock with seating boat slip with and water and electric; 1 canoe and 3 two person kayaks, woodburning fireplace and outdoor firepit with firewood supplied, tv's in each bedroom, A/C, covered deck with grill and arbor, dvd with large selection of movies, Wii entertainment system, private sandy beach, Hamocks and crab traps.

Our Best Vacation Ever !!!

We had a great time. This home has everything and we especially loved the fact that it is so well maintained. The property itself is so beautiful and private yet close to town (about 15 minutes). We only left to get food for our stay. The pool was very clean and we really enjoyed the sunsets, the dock and the gorgeous grounds. The sand beach is a plus and the complimentry kayaks, wifi and satellite TV made it even nicer. We've already reserved dates for the Fall and Spring too. On top of everything, we caught a lot of crabs and fish right off of the dock.

We had been vacationing along the "Jersey Shore" but decided to try something different this year. And we are glad we did. Real glad!

The house was well appointed, fully stocked and just down right comfortable. The pool was spotless and the beach was perfect for our 3 kids, my wife and myself.

We even caught fish and crabs...so cool!

Anyway, I reccommend this house and we will be back for sure.

We just loved your home...The views are amazing, peaceful and very relaxing. The house was wonderful, clean, spacious. We could not have asked for anything better. The proximity to the water, the swimming pool, everything there made our week with the kids most memorable.

Wonderful Weekend!

Wonderful Setting and very Tranquil. We biked all around including The Black Water Refuge Bike Trail. The local oysters were wonderful this time of year. The house sits in a nice secluded setting, no visible neighbors, exactly what we needed. We relaxed by the fire at night, even had S'mores! We did some fishing and caught some nice rockfish for dinner, spotted 3 Eagles while out. We hit up the local Oyster fest in town "Crabigras" and had a wonderful time.

The house comes with a nice sandy beach, and equipped with kayaks and fire wood!

We had a wonderful stay, you have a beautiful home! Thank you for sharing!

We just spent a week at Cedar Point, one of the best vacations we have ever had. The home was beautiful and clean, and everything we needed was there. The pool was great and the beach was even better. The dock was used alot for sitting and watching the sunsets. We have jet ski's and getting on and off them was so easy. I can not say enough good about our week!!!! Looking forward to another week maybe next summer. It was really wonderful to know you were staying at a place that felt like home and you really never wanted to leave.
