The communal pool is a great feature especially for the kids. Situated within walking distance of the harbour, beach and town centre of Paphos, and just off the Tomb of the Kings Road with all its great restaurants and bars. . Lifts together with access from street level or the underground parking, together with the level ground area make these units very disabled friendly. This area is very quiet yet very accessible to all the tourist or traditional area of Cyprus.
This was our 6th visit to Paphos. 304 was spacious and clean with everything you would need in a home enviroment. Good showers and roomy balcony.Quiet location but only 5 mins walk to tavernas, bars and retaurants (left&right) along the Tomb of the Kings road.Brand new Lidls for essentials is close by if you dont wont to eat out every night. We never realised until later during our stay that the old town car park is straight up the hill from the Apts, a 2min drive, instead of going along the Tombs road to the traffic lights!
Pool wasnt busy and not too deep so ideal for young swimmmers and babies.Hire car is parked underground and a lift is available to take you to the second floor. All in all a great holiday with no hassles. We would recommend to all families/ couples looking for a chilled relaxed location.Although there was no initial welcome pack, on request Karen did provide milk/water which was appreciated after a long day travelling. Some very good restaurants along the Tombs road and you can breathe, as weve found Paphos town very opressive to walk round in the evening.
Apartment is lovely. Was great for the four of us, having the two bathrooms. Balcony is very spacious. Surrounding are quiet.
Location is good. Just 5 minutes down to the main road for buses, restaurants, bars etc.. Would recommend. However, would suggest a welcome pack with milk and water a good idea especially if you arrive late in the day as the nearest kiosk we could find was 20 minute walk.
On the not so good side the emergency number provided didn't answer until the next day, and having to be out of the apartment for 10am on our final day was very inconvenient.
The apartment is exactly as described and has all the luxuries you require for either a busy or chill out holiday.
Underground car parking takes a worry off your mind and keeps the car cool on hot days.
The balcony gets the sun for the majority of the day and the aircon keeps you cool when you need it.
We didn't cook but everything was there should you want to stay in and entertain.
If I go back to Paphos I will definitely want to stay there again.
Location location location yes these apartments have it all located just off the Tomb of the Kings Road and only a short walk to the the many varied restaurants and bars of this area. You can also take a steady stroll to the harbour with its fabulous open air seafood and fish restaurants and enjoy just watching the world go by. Or take in the lovely winding streets of the ancient town centre of Paphos, stop at a Taverna and sample the local beer or dine on the specialities of Kleftiko or Stifado. Whilst a car is not really needed to get around it is advisable if you want to visit Coral Bay, Limmasol, Larnaca or the other many attractions of this lovely Island. With superb all year round weather it is easy to see why so many people love Cyprus and come back year after year. Cyprus is also one of the few areas where you can have that winter sunshine we all really enjoy
