    - Security deposit: 800 Euros. This is to be paid at least 5 days prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
    - Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
    - Energy costs: Water, heating and the use of electricity are included in the rental price. Guests are asked to be mindful of conserving energy. Logs may be provided and charged per cubic meter.
    - End of stay cleaning: Included, though it is expected that the house should be left in a clean and tidy state on your departure. We request that the all dirty dishes and cooking utensils be washed.
  • It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.

  • On the château's first floor, there are three bedrooms, all with floor to ceiling French doors which lead you to the front balcony. The grand master bedroom has a full bathroom with shower and a tub with windows viewing the garden. The second and third rooms are large and comfortable, both with teak wood queen size beds and its own private bathrooms. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first room, which has two twin beds, and the second room with a double bed, shares an inter-connecting full bathroom. The third bedroom, also with a double bed, has its own en-suite full bathroom.
