Inside this tastefully landscaped home, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, W/D, Formal DR, LR, Family Room and full bath. Multiple TV’s, digital cable and wireless access allow guests to remain connected to the outside world. Upstairs, the Master suite has a King bed, spacious walk-in closet, full sectional couch, large TV, office area and full bath with stall shower and Jacuzzi tub. The Second BRM has a Queen bed with a view of the pond and nature preserve. The third BRM has a Full bed and a pull-out trundle. The downstairs LR has a pull-out sleep sofa, expanding the sleeping capacity of the house to 10 guests. Three full baths include a shower stall and Jacuzzi tub in the Master, full tub/shower in the 2nd bath upstairs, and a shower stall in the downstairs bath. There are air conditioners in all three bedrooms and a total of 4 ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable temperature.

We bought into this neighborhood because of it's unique residential setting and commitment to conservation land. Nature trails surround our cul-de-sac and children feel safe to play in the yards. There is a common area perfect for afternoon picnics, morning yoga and basketball into the evening. A short car ride takes you to miles of sandy beaches, a quaint village shopping spree or a day at the outlets. There is even a seasonal zoo and amusement park right down the road:) The lakes region is a short trip away, as are the mountains. Truly location, location, location, figured into our plans to settle here. Not a day goes by that we are not grateful for the natural beauty that surrounds us. We love the beach by day, but adore the peace and quiet of our backyard peepers and frogs in the evening as we sit out on the deck under the stars...
So close to all the action and activities of a coastal resort town, yet a few short miles removed. This house offers the best of both worlds...the convenience of a few short miles to the ocean and the quiet natural beauty of backyard conservation land.
Just minutes to the seaside amenities, we live in a neighborhood setting, on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac joined by four other homes. Our property abuts conservation land with over 1.5 miles of marked nature trails. Perfect for hikers and nature enthusiasts. Our backyard is peaceful and serene overlooking protected woodlands, a pond and nature trails. Just jump in the car and go to any one of the four great beaches here in York. (Beaches are about 5 minutes from here.) Enjoy a morning or late afternoon walk, run, bike or stroll on the 3+ miles of safe sidewalks in the development, complete with ocean views at the top of the hill.
Our deck is totally private for sun bathing and we are SO close to lots of picturesque New England destinations...the perfect spot for day-tripping guests.
And let us take a moment to introduce Ogunquit village. Ogunquit village is about a minute drive from our house, and there is a lot to do there including the Ogunquit Playhouse; Broadway on the Beach! Ogunquit is known for its fine beaches, great restaurants, sailing and boating in Perkins Cove, unsurpassed summer theatre of the stars, museums and gift shops. Ogunquit is also a renowned seaside artist community. The town of York has many beaches that cater to different interests; busy, quiet and kid-friendly. York also has some fine restaurants, lovely places to visit and Southern Maine's only Zoo/amusement park! Research both York and Ogunquit's Chambers of Commerce to get a taste of what is in the area. The famous Kittery Outlets are right down the road, so shopping is a decadent pleasure just a few minutes from our home.!
